100% Semillon from Jackie's Vineyard in the Templeton Gap. This wine has a mineral driven nose. The palate is lemon, green apple, papaya with good minerality. We recommend waiting 6 months from April 2020 to enjoy this wine. This gives Picpoul Blanc a run for its money for pairing with oysters, shellfish and blue cheese. 13.1% alcohol.
