Sparkling Wine made from Viognier, released 11/1/22. Jacqueline, our Sparkling Viognier ,was made using the methode champenoise technique. This is a beautiful luscious, crisp sparkling wine with subtle white floral notes, aged on the lees two years, to produce a soft brioche nose with a clean, smooth finish.
