2021 Right Bank Reserve

TASTING NOTES

·       Tasting Notes: Four Lanterns ode to the renowned Bordeaux blends of the Right Bank. An exciting nose of rich blackberry, mushroom, wet leather, eucalyptus, and evening desert air. On the palate are even more strong blackberry notes, balanced acid and tannins, and prominent oak notes of vanilla and praline that will soften with age. Decant 2 hours before serving or age for 5 years. 

·       Food Pairing:: roasted herb crusted lamb, seared fennel bulb salad, bacon wrapped dates with blue cheese

·       Activity Pairing: toasts at second marriage receptions
