2025 Evenstar Rosé
TASTING NOTES:
o Tasting Notes: An elegant and delicate Rhone style rose. Subtle notes of citrus blossom, guava, and peach with a touch of salinity on the nose.
o On the palate Evenstar is beautifully light and extremely refreshing with a clean minerality on the finish.
o Pairings: seared scallops, prosciutto wrapped melon, a slight sunburn, sitting in a cool river with a page turner
o Music: The La’s - There She Goes
