2019 Chenin Blanc
100% Chenin Blanc from the 80 y.o. vines in Old Bailey Vineyard in the Adelaida District of west Paso Robles. The nose has rich citrus, meringue notes with a hint of incense. The taste is luxurious, with light lemon curd, good minerality and subtle oak. It has a complex mid palate and a long finish. Wait 3-6 months from April 2019 to drink. Pairs well with sushi, clam chowder & Sunday evenings in the summer!
