2018 Kharis is blend of 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 39% Syrah, 10% Tempranillo, 6% Cabernet Franc. This wine is full flavored with dark fruit, spice, balanced by smooth tannins and acid to give the wine structure and ageability.

Picpoul Blanc is a light crisp white Rhône varietal with citrus notes and good mineralilty. The 2021 vintage has 11.5% alcohol. 

2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva is aged 30 months in 1/2 new French Oak barrels and 1/2 neutral French Oak barrels, then 10 months in the bottle before release. This Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva will easily age 15-20 years. This wine received Best in Class and Double Gold in the Central Coast Wine Competition, 2022.

2017 Merlot Reserva is aged 30 months in 1/2 new French Oak barrels and 1/2 neutral French Oak barrels, then 10 months in the bottle before release. This Merlot demonstrates why Merlot is coming back and the influence of the movie Sideways is a thing of the past!

2017 Syrah Reserva is aged 30 months in 1/2 new French Oak barrels and 1/2 neutral French Oak barrels, then 10 months in the bottle before release. The Syrah Reserva can be enjoyed now or will age 15-20 years. This wine recently won a Double Gold award and Best in Class in the Central Coast Wine Competition.
