The 2021 Lamplight demonstrates the beauty of the Glass Hawk Vineyard fruit, located on our property in the Willow Creek AVA.
It has beautiful stone fruit balanced with good acidity making it a perfect wine pairing for spicy food, and chicken and seafood dishes. The alcohol is 14.0%

100% Semillon from Jackie's Vineyard in the Templeton Gap. Gorgeous papaya nose, lychee and light minerality on the palate, nice refreshing finish. 12.5% alcohol.

The 2025 Evenstar is our Saignée rosé.
An elegant and delicate Rhone style rose. Subtle notes of citrus blossom, guava, and peach with a touch of salinity on the nose. On the palate Evenstar is beautifully light and extremely refreshing with a clean mineralty on the finish.
Pairings: seared scallops, prosciutto wrapped melon, a slight sunburn, sitting in a cool river with a page turner

100% Grenache Blanc
Our first extended skin contact white wine! A rounded and richer wine, but balanced with good acidity. Expressive nose of lemon, grapefruit, and underripe pineapple. On the palate a soft silky texture, with white peach and honey. Let this open up and see how it changes.
Pairings: Shrimp scampi, baked brie with honey and thyme, Basque cheesecake, cribbage, tinned fish with crusty bread on the tailgate of a pickup

2017 Syrah Reserva is aged 30 months in 1/2 new French Oak barrels and 1/2 neutral French Oak barrels, then 10 months in the bottle before release. The Syrah Reserva can be enjoyed now or will age 15-20 years. This wine recently won a Double Gold award and Best in Class in the Central Coast Wine Competition.
2018 Kharis is blend of 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 39% Syrah, 10% Tempranillo, 6% Cabernet Franc. This wine is full flavored with dark fruit, spice, balanced by smooth tannins and acid to give the wine structure and ageability.
